Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): Free Shipping Orders $99.99 and up
  • Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days)- Orders 0lb–5lb- $4.90
  • Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days )- Orders 5lb–70lb- $19.90
  • Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days)- Orders 0lb–1lb- $6.90
  • Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days)- Orders 1lb–5lb- $9.90

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not account for processing times or potential shipping delays beyond our control, such as carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and shipping method chosen.

Shipping Issues:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future as we are working on expanding our shipping options!
